HE Dr. Hala Helmy El-Said Minister of Planning and Economic Development was the first female elected dean of the Faculty of Economics and Political Science at Cairo University during 2011- 2016.She held the position of Assistant President of Cairo University for Scientific Research and Foreign Relations during 2013-2016.She is a renown female banking figure, where she led the Egyptian Banking Institute for eight years, during which the institute obtained international accreditation (2006-2008).

Since February 2017 He Has Been Minister of Works, Transport and Infrastructure in The Adama Barrow Cabinet.Jobe is a Civil Engineer, he was General Director of the State Construction Company Gamworks. He Then Worked at The World Bank. On February 22, 2017, The Newly Elected President Adama Barrow Appointed Jobe to his Cabinet as Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure.The Weekly Magazine and The Gambia News Report named Jobe as General Manager of Gamworks 1998 Man of The Year (Personality Of The Year)
